In the Emergency Department at UM Shore Medical Center at Dorchester, I was freaking out a little bit about the needle giving blood for testing, but Luke was so fast and got it done with ease. He gave me some tough love! Awesome guy!

At UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown, the ER doctor, the hospitalist and the nursing staff (especially Mary Ann) were wonderful. All the nurses were kind and helpful. The food service people were courteous and clean. The staff of the ICU are the most professional, kind & thoughtful people. I felt honored to be in their care!!

During my outpatient surgery in the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Queenstown, the nurses were VERY professional & the physician held my hand to answer any questions I had, was generally concerned for me, told me what to expect and gave me much comfort.
