We arrived at the [Dorchester] ER around 1 a.m., the receptionist attended to us immediately. By the time we sat down in the waiting area a nurse/tech came out to bring us back to the exam room. I work at a hospital and I commented about how quickly we had been received! My boyfriend was able to stay with me the entire time, it was probably the most pleasant ER visit I’ve ever had!
The team at the Requard Center was the most professional, cohesive group I have ever dealt with. We were so impressed by multidisciplinary teamwork and the personalized care. The therapists and nurses all worked together — they knew all the medical issues and how various conditions could interact. And everybody was so kind, funny and nice — their warmth and friendliness gave me hope.
I live five minutes from the [Queenstown] Emergency Center. I went there for kidney stones twice and my doctor sends me there for scans and x-rays. I had excellent care from everyone. It’s a true blessing to have the Center and I am happy for all the test and exams and care that I have received there. Thank you.
At UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown, all staff and doctors were excellent in their courtesy and especially their treatment!
My experience at the emergency room in Easton was great. The ED nurses and doctor took very good care of me. Then when I was admitted to the hospital, the staff on the 3rd floor unit were superb – the doctors, nurses and nurse techs.
