I was admitted to the Pediatric & Women’s Care unit [at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton], the nurses & techs were exceptional. They made a very hard situation bearable for me by being so kind & dedicated to making me better! I hope I only get to see them by paying them a visit, but if I’m ever admitted again I want to be on their watch!

This is the third hospital stay for me [at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown] and this stay surpasses any other! “EVERYONE” was beyond phenomenal!!!

The most pleasant ER experience I have ever had [was my visit to UM Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown]. Shelton greeted me as so as I walked in. I was taken to the treatment room within three minutes. Teresa is an excellent nurse – I was very comfortable in her care. Edgar was excellent and eased me through the exam and treatment. Rachel was patient made me relax during the CAT and X-ray procedures.

In the Birthing Center at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton, the maternity nurses and doctors were great. We appreciated the courtesy they provided – always closing the door when leaving the room, and coming back to the room at another time when I was resting.

I have nothing but good things to say about UM Shore Regional Health. I have been treated with dignity and respect and would highly recommend this health care system to anyone. I have done well the entire time I have been a patient … Dr. Lilly and Dr. DeShields can’t be beat. I am glad I chose UM Shore Regional Health to take care of me.

[In the Emergency Department at UM Shore Medical Center at Dorchester], Diana Neal was my nurse and she was top notch! She and the rest of the nursing staff treated me very well. Dr. Widmaier was great! And Kim was very nice and professional.
