[At Ambulatory Surgery in Easton] my doctors, nurses and staff went above and beyond.  They were caring, efficient and knowledgeable and explained all details leaving no questions or hesitation on my part.

Laura Jackson was amazing during my entire visit [to the Emergency Department at UM Shore Medical Center at Dorchester]. At registration, Chanere was great. And Dr. Lonville was in with me several times during my visit keeping me informed — his bedside manner while I was a patient was great & very comforting. Ruth Donaldson was my discharge nurse and she was also great – I didn’t have a call bell and she made sure I was given one.

The phone interview in advance of my ambulatory surgery [at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown] was the most comprehensive I have ever experienced. Also, my anesthesiologist  was very thorough and spent a good deal of time with me.

The receptionist, Sandy, in the [Emergency Department at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton] was very pleasant and made what could have been a bad experience very nice. My nurse, Liz Shields, was wonderful and very helpful. She took a lot of time to listen to me and explain my treatment. Dr. Fitzgerald also was very helpful and spent a considerable amount of time explaining test results and treatment. Everyone treated me with care, concern and respect.

[At Shore Emergency at Queenstown], nurses wiped my face (I was sweating), gave me a cup of water & kept it full, and asked if I needed anything, i.e. pillow, blanket, ice, etc. I am 82 and not very stable on my feet or standing/sitting in front of X ray, but they went out of their way to get good  pictures. A+!  I don’t know what they could have done to make my trip any better  — they were busy, but when they said they would come to check on me they did just that. We are very lucky to have this center & staff so close to our home. Thanks.

At the Emergency Department at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton, Dr. Hebel was excellent – explaining everything clearly to [our patient] and family. Wonderful doctor! He also asked case manager to assist with our needs. And the case manager, Lora Collier, was unbelievably helpful and connected us with hospice.
