Really enjoyed working with Jerod Buckel, the physical therapist during my stay [at Requard Center for Acute Rehabilitation]. He came up with so many different ways to keep me interested. He even set up a small putting green for me. Good luck, Jerod!
The staff at UM Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown always addressed me by name before administering any treatment or medicine. The staff were excellent in assisting me with a problem with acute gout and handed me useful information regarding diet to prevent further occurrences of gout, etc.
I came to the emergency room [at UM SMC at Chestertown] on 12/5/16 and was diagnosed with pneumonia & bronchial spasm. Dr. Davis, Grant (respiratory nurse), Terry, Becca, Chris, Melissa, x-ray technician charge nurse, Dina, patient care technician, and Dee and Susan: Everyone gave me excellent care. They explained my medical results, answered any questions I had, nurses explained what test I was going take (x-ray) & respiratory nurse explained what he was giving me & why. I was in my darkest hour & that day was my best visit to emergency room ever. Everyone did an excellent job and took care of me. I wanted to make sure to thank everyone that night!
