I was highly impressed by my entire visit to UM Shore Emergency Center at Queenstown. Inez was delightful and friendly while working quickly and competently. My nurse was Carolyn S. and she was just excellent…the perfect combination of knowledgeable, no-nonsense and compassionate. My phlebotomist was Glenn. He was excellent…knew his stuff! My doctor was Norbert Straub and he was superb…businesslike but perfectly pleasant, thorough but not hurried; able to explain things concisely and inject a modicum of humor. I felt like I was in very good hands.

For a long time, I’ve used the lab on Teal Drive in Easton once a week and always a good experience. I like the staff and how they handle things. I always recommend them to everyone!

From the time we arrived for X-ray at Shore Medical Pavilion at Queenstown, we received EXCELLENT, FAST and CORDIAL service. A cheerful young lady was very knowledgeable, fast and efficient with our check-in!!! The X-ray tech was extremely helpful in transferring the patient to and from the table.

I was recalled by radiology at the Diagnostic and Imaging Center in Easton for a second mammogram. I so appreciated that the radiologist wanted to be sure of his diagnosis. The technicians on both visits were exceptional with their kindness, warmth & expertise. I will highly recommend Diagnostic & Imaging Center!

At the lab in Easton, Kevin and Felicia were very friendly. And the blood draw was a wonderful experience, great conversation as well as no bruising or pain!
